Spherical Alumina Powder –BY Series


White inorganic ceramic powder mainly composed of α-phase aluminum trioxide with smooth spherical particles.

Produced from high-quality alumina powder via multiple processes including calcination, surface treatment, high-temperature melting and particle size adjustment.

Advantages: high spheroidization rate, controllable particle size distribution and excellent flowability; high filling capacity and favorable dispersibility; great compatibility with resin systems to significantly raise loading fraction; high α-phase content, low sodium ion content and outstanding thermal conductivity.

Recommended applications: aluminum base substrates, thermal conductive pads, thermal conductive gels, potting adhesives and bonding adhesives.
