It brings together a number of top domestic researchers in the field of inorganic powders to focus on high-end functional powder materials, targeting the localization substitution of core fillers for national strategic emerging industries including semiconductors, new energy, electronic information, advanced ceramics, thermal management.

 

The company operates a standardized intelligent manufacturing base and an independent powder engineering R&D center, equipped with complete pilot scale-up lines, mass production lines and a full suite of precision physical and chemical testing laboratories. We have built a fully closed-loop process chain covering raw material purification, synthesis / ultrafine grinding, precision classification, spheroidization, surface coating and automated post-treatment. Stable mass production is available for inorganic non-metallic powders at nano (1–100 nm), submicron (0.1–1 μm) and micron (1–10 μm to 100 μm) grades. We can flexibly customize special powders of various specifications in accordance with customers’ technical indicators, addressing common industry pain points such as insufficient purity of high-end powders, broad particle size distribution, severe agglomeration and inconsistent performance across batches.

• Our core team consists of senior engineers specializing in powder engineering, inorganic materials and fine chemical engineering with over a decade of industrial experience in nano/micron powder synthesis, ultrafine grinding, precision classification and surface modification. We independently master a full set of core processes including chemical synthesis, high-temperature solid-phase synthesis, airflow ultrafine grinding & classification, powder spheroidization and multi-type surface coating.
• We have overcome bottleneck technical challenges such as impurity removal for high-purity powders, anti-agglomeration of nanoparticles, narrow particle size distribution control and low metal ion contamination. Multiple preparation technologies are covered by national invention patents. Our products match the performance of imported high-end powders and greatly cut the supply chain costs for downstream manufacturers.

Full-process Precision Inspection & Quality Control System
• Our laboratory is equipped with a complete suite of high-end testing instruments: Malvern laser particle size analyzer, BET specific surface area analyzer, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (XRF), X-ray Diffractometer (XRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FTIR), carbon-sulfur analyzer, oxygen-nitrogen analyzer, Karl Fischer moisture tester, dielectric constant tester, whiteness meter and heavy metal ion detector.
• Batch-by-batch inspections are implemented throughout the entire workflow from raw material incoming inspection and in-process monitoring to finished product delivery. Complete traceable quality files are archived. The company has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System to guarantee consistent and stable performance of every batch of powder.

Intelligent & Eco-friendly Mass Production Capacity
• Closed automated production lines are deployed across the plant, supported by environmental dust removal and wastewater recycling systems to realize low-dust, low-energy and eco-clean manufacturing.
• Dedicated lab-scale R&D lines, pilot scale-up lines and ten-thousand-ton mass production lines are separately arranged to support fast sampling for new R&D products as well as stable large-volume supply. We offer flexible delivery for small-batch samples, ton-level regular orders and bulk centralized procurement for large-scale projects, with shorter lead times than overseas powder suppliers.
